Our Retained Search Division is led by our President, Karen Curley. Director level and Executive searches are worked on a retained basis only. The retained relationship allows us to allocate specific resources to a clients' search requirement.

Alongside our client, we define a mutually agreeable roadmap to ensure a successful and efficient search process. A detailed job specification and ideal candidate profile sets us on our way. 

We provide all clients with a detailed and up-to-date report of weekly research activities. Our completion rate is one hundred percent. Upon request, we are happy to provide account references..


Contingency Search 

Our staff of Contingency Placement Consultants recruit and place sales and marketing executives with software and technology companies.
